An Experienced Legal Team
Lawyer Kenneth Gross was born and raised in Philadelphia before moving west. He spent a number of years working with businesses in southwest China, where he was among the first foreign attorneys to be licensed in the area. Over the course of his career, Ken has represented various domestic and international businesses.
Ken remains involved in the local community in various capacities. He serves on the board of directors of the Fremont Centre Theatre, a nonprofit performing arts center in South Pasadena, as well as the board of directors of the Young Shakespeareans, an organization which directs and produces theatrical performances of Shakespeare by elementary school students at inner city schools in Los Angeles, and was the longest serving president of Temple Beth David of the San Gabriel Valley in its 70 years history. He is admitted to practice in California and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court and the Court of Appeals.
Attorney Tom D. Shambaugh has more than 20 years of legal experience. Before joining the firm, he worked for several years at the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C. Tom’s practice includes civil litigation, immigration and appellate law. He is admitted to practice in California and Pennsylvania.
Attorney Amy L. Sulahian has broad experience representing both individuals and businesses across many sectors and industries, including, among others, hospitality, manufacturing, service, wholesale and retail, franchise and licensing, nonprofits, real estate, and more. With over 25 years of financial and entrepreneurial experience, Amy focuses on using a practical, multi-faceted approach to address her clients’ most pressing legal issues. As a business owner herself, Amy also has a deep personal understanding of the issues business owners face in California.
Jennifer Xiang is a dedicated and detail-oriented paralegal with extensive experience in litigation, collection, trademark, personal injury and unlawful detainer. With a solid background in legal research, client communications, and administrative tasks, she excels at managing complex cases and ensuring efficient legal processes. Jennifer also brings a strong international perspective from her previous working experience in governmental and private companies in China. She is adept at handling trilingual tasks in English Cantonese, and Mandarin, making her a valuable asset in diverse legal environments.
