Attorney Andy Liu has experience in a variety of practice areas.  Prior to joining the firm, Andy worked as an attorney for a major long-term care operator on various transactional and regulatory matters.  Andy also served as the Compliance Manager and In-House Counsel for a big box furniture retailer and advised them on a variety of legal and compliance issues.  Andy is admitted to practice in California and his practice includes civil litigation, intellectual property and transactional matters.
